This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ (PII) is being used online. PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United States. What personal data do we collect?

Your information is securely stored on an encrypted and external database and is only shared with the third parties required to enable us to operate our store and offer you specific offers and promotions.

GameGuardian does NOT sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties Personal & Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice. Privacy information includes (but is not limited to) geographical, tracking, IP logging, purchase & navigation trends, statistics and other such private data. This does not include website hosting partners and parties who assist in operating the website, conducting business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep information confidential. We may also release information when it’s release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce web policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses such as reviews, sitewite statistics and global activity.

GameGuardian does NOT handle, manage or see sensitive checking information such as Card Numbers & Bank Details at any point before, during or after the transaction process.
All personal and sensitive information is processed externally through Payment Gateway’s secure servers. No personal data is seen or held. Any personal information that is explicitly provided to GameGuardian is provided outside of the scope of transactions and payments; by either the Payment Gateway or on a 1-to-1 basis, if at all.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

How long do we keep your information for?

Your account information and purchase history is kept on our systems for as long as you have an account on our system, then legally for a further seven years after any account closure.
Newsletter subscriptions are kept as long as you continue to consent to receive our newsletter.

Your rights over your information

By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct any inaccuracies.
You can also ask for it to be erased, you can ask for us to give you a copy of the information and you can request that we stop processing your information.

You can withdraw your consent to receive our email subscription at any time, an ‘Unsubscribe’ button is included at the end of ever subscription email that we send to you, simply click on this link and follow the instructions.Additionally you can email us or write to us using the contact details above.


REIMBURSEMENT

Refunds and reimbursements are conditional upon order completion and fulfillment. Unfortunately, to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds; However, we accommodate users in which have not been assisted properly and/or efficiently. If a user has not received services as described after processing the order(s), we encourage users to inquire with GameGuardian Staff via. Live Chat or email about reaching a balanced solution. If you change your mind about the purchase and you have not already been served, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request. Refund requests made after receiving service are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of the original purchase.
